Buongiorno e benritrovati,
è finita la mia vacanza al mare, come è diversa l'estate quest'anno. Meno gente in spiaggia e nelle strade, dietro le mascherine non esistono più sorrisi ed espressioni sembriamo degli automi che camminano cercando di mantenere le distanze dagli altri. Se andiamo al ristorante dobbiamo lasciare il numero di telefono perchè in caso di contagio ci potranno chiamare. E' diventato tutto abbastanza insopportabile e mi chiedo se tutto questo sia giustificabile. Vabbè accettiamo anche questo, siamo un popolo abituato ad abbassare la testa.
Vi lascio alcuni scatti della mia estate che ho trascorso in un Agriturismo a Castagneto Carducci in Toscana.

In questa oasi di silenzio e di pace, in mezzo ai pini e agli ulivi, si arriva percorrendo un chilometro di strada sterrata, ma ne vale la pena.

RispondiEliminaThank you for sharing these beautiful photos Verbena....I love them a lot.I know the mask issue is really a strange sensation, and in Western Australia it wasn't as much of a sight as it is in other places, but still it was strange when we did see people with masks. For our own safety, though, it is something that will only help ourselves and help prevent the spread of this terrible disease. I always pray for Italy and the world, that people are doing the right thing. I'm not sure if you've heard how the eastern side of Australia is going, but they're not doing well due to many people continuously gathering in big crowds, side by side and not observing the distancing rules. Here in Western Australia however, we are enjoying the freedom of almost being at phase five. We have worked hard to get there but still have some people that don't do the right thing, but we have a handful of covid cases from people returning from other places. Stay strong Verbena. xxxx
